We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please make sure you check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since each item is printed specifically for you, sizing mistakes are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or reported outside the stated claim window.
